展览室最初是为常设展览而建的,已经有一个典型的较低的天花板和一个大型的不可移动的玻璃柜作为决定空间的元素。认为忽视这一点不会充分发挥空间的潜力,所以我沿着较低的天花板线建造了一堵墙,创建了空间中最大高度的墙,并在玻璃柜周围创建了一个开口。在保持空间开放的同时建造墙壁,我们考虑吸收不协调感,融入现有的特色元素,创造最小和最大的效果。
The exhibition room, originally built for the permanent exhibition, already has a typically low ceiling and a large immovable glass cabinet as the space-determining element. I figured that ignoring this wouldn't allow the space to its full potential, so I built a wall along the lower ceiling line, creating the wall with the greatest height in the space, and creating an opening around the glass cabinet. Building walls while keeping the space open, we considered absorbing incongruity, incorporating existing feature elements, and creating minimal and maximal effects.

Water pills make illustrations by drawing a line, putting a clear film over it, then cutting and pasting colored paper. Borrowing from this method, I cut and paste the illustrations to construct the space like a craft. I feel that the act itself creates harmony between the space and the work.
