角川文化馆：未来主义的文化迷宫

角川文化馆是一个未来主义的文化迷宫，它以立体和横断面的方式激荡着现代带来的城市与郊区、高文化与低文化等各种二元对立。基地所在的“武藏野高原”，是由日本周边四个构造板块碰撞而形成的。

The Kadokawa Culture Museum is a futuristic cultural labyrinth that agitates various binary oppositions brought by modern times, such as cities and suburbs, high culture and low culture, in a three-dimensional and cross-sectional manner. The site, the Musashino Plateau, was created by the collision of four tectonic plates surrounding Japan.

设计概念：从地壳裂缝中升起的“岩石群”建筑

设计目标是创造一座如同岩浆成分的花岗岩从构造板块裂缝中升起并凝固而成的建筑。这座“岩石群”建筑将北面的工厂、南面的郊区住宅、东面的东所泽公园等现代郊区景观重新聚合在一起。

We aimed for an architecture in which granite, a component of magma, solidified while rising from the cracks in tectonic plates. The rock mass architecture reunites the modern suburban landscape, such as the factories to the north, the suburban houses to the south, and Higashi Tokorozawa Park to the east.

外墙材料：黑色幻想花岗岩

覆盖外墙的2万块花岗岩被命名为“黑色幻想”，开采于中国。其特点是在黑色基底上呈现强烈的白点起伏。设计采用70毫米厚石块敲凿出的粗糙纹理，并在石块接缝处刻意不对齐台阶，形成自然与人工共存的颗粒感。

The 20,000 pieces of granite covering the outer wall are named “Black Fantasy” and quarried in China. They feature strong undulating white spots on a black background. A rough texture was created by breaking 70 mm thick stones, and joints were intentionally not aligned to achieve a granular quality that harmonizes with the surrounding environment where nature and artificiality coexist.

结构系统：钢骨钢筋混凝土

建筑结构以钢结构为基础，但外墙采用钢骨钢筋混凝土，以承受厚重石材的重量。这种结构使建筑呈现出楼层界限模糊的不确定外观，从而自然融合超越常规建筑尺度的体量。

The structure is based on steel, but the outer walls use steel-framed reinforced concrete to support the weight of the thick stone cladding. This creates an ambiguous appearance of floor levels and allows the integration of volumes that exceed normal architectural scales.

室内设计：混乱中的统一

室内呈现一种“混乱”状态：既有当代艺术这样的高文化，也有动漫这样的亚文化；既有白空间也有黑空间；既有真展品也有假展品。设计通过调整杉木夹板、柏木、不锈钢网等材料的颗粒感，将多元元素整合成一个统一的空间。

The interior is intentionally chaotic, featuring high culture such as contemporary art, low culture such as anime, white and black spaces, and real and fake exhibits. The space is unified by adjusting the grain of materials such as cedar plywood, cypress, and stainless steel mesh.
