"Bao Man" Abalone Exhibition Hall

商业空间作为品牌展示的终端,往往需要结合产品属性进行系统化的场景和行为设计,同时以可感知的视觉张力和情绪气度呈现个性鲜明的场地美学,从而与消费者建立深度联系。此次空间创作的原点由“食材的魅力”延伸场景叙事,谢培河和艾克团队将其涉猎高端餐饮以及艺术展厅的项目经验互为沉淀,终以收放的张力打破传统框架,为业态体验注入新的内涵。

As the terminal for brand display, commercial spaces often require systematic scene and behavior design based on product attributes, while presenting a distinctive aesthetic of the venue with perceptible visual tension and emotional temperament, in order to establish a deep connection with consumers. The origin of this spatial creation extends from the "charm of ingredients" to the narrative of the scene. Xie Peihe and the Aike team have accumulated their project experience in high-end catering and art exhibition halls, and finally broke the traditional framework with the tension of expansion and contraction, injecting new connotations into the business experience.

这是介于商业与自我空间之间的一个“产品”,从过程到结果都让我沉浸于探索的意趣。场地既要挣脱传统海产品干货商店的束缚,代之以全然重塑的感观形象;同时也要依归空间既定的目标属性,承载着品牌由内生而外衍的表现与输出。正是这种往复于极致拉扯中的模糊性,反而为设计的思考注入新的能量:它是一个“自我”的大众化场景。

This is a 'product' that lies between business and personal space, immersing me in the fun of exploration from process to outcome. The venue needs to break free from the constraints of traditional seafood and dry goods stores and replace them with a completely reshaped sensory image; At the same time, it is also necessary to adhere to the predetermined target attributes of the space, carrying the performance and output of the brand from endogenous to exogenous. It is precisely this ambiguity that oscillates between extreme pulling and pulling that injects new energy into design thinking: it is a popularized scene of the "self".

“南有嘉鱼,烝然汕汕”,粤东中心城市汕头向海而生,天然的资源禀赋酝养出丰饶的水产品,为自成一体的潮汕菜肴提供食源。业主是一位专业的鲍鱼养殖专家,从小以海为生,致力于环保以及新时代鲍鱼的养殖研发,其养殖的皇金鲍更是行业的一大创新。“鲍满”是业主酝酿的一个新品牌,也是私人的干鲍展示中心,位于城市核心区域。

There is Jiayu in the south and Shanshan in the south. Shantou, the central city of eastern Guangdong, is born towards the sea. Its natural resource endowment nurtures abundant aquatic products, providing a source of food for the unique Chaoshan cuisine. The owner is a professional abalone farming expert who has been living by the sea since childhood, dedicated to environmental protection and the research and development of abalone farming in the new era. Their breeding of Huangjin abalone is a major innovation in the industry. Baoman is a new brand conceived by the owner and also a private dried abalone display center located in the core area of the city.

一层空间功能主要为产品展陈,结构体的表达侧重于更加具有力量感。看似分离的布局形式又连贯着一种整体感知的牵引,自由序列的建造逻辑赋予空间以表面冲突又具有强烈和谐感的围合形态。

The main function of the first floor space is product display, and the expression of the structure focuses on a stronger sense of power. The seemingly separate layout forms are connected by a sense of overall perception, and the construction logic of free sequence endows the space with a surface conflict yet a strong sense of harmony in the enclosed form.

物体在光的作用下形成完整意义上的场所及其精神。光与物件相互依存,设计师更多的是希望光线能更好地勾勒出空间的形体,潜移默化地对空间的情绪造成影响,从而获得自洽的存在感,而不是独立的区隔体系,更不是一种突兀的对立。

An object forms a complete place and its spirit under the action of light. Light and objects are interdependent, and designers hope that light can better outline the form of space, subtly influence the emotions of the space, and thus obtain a sense of self consistent existence, rather than an independent distinction system, let alone a sudden opposition.

人与人之间的关系也是如此,都关乎平衡,是收是放,是激进也是保守,指向未来又贴合当下,种种迹象都在阐述着这个没有边界的世界。而设计师所想的,是在普世的概念里探索一种“私有化”的个性。

The relationship between people is also about balance, whether it is containment or release, whether it is radical or conservative, pointing to the future and fitting in with the present. All these signs are elaborating on this borderless world. And what the designer wants is to explore a "privatized" personality within the universal concept.

空间中石材质感漆的墙面与金属的碰撞,使空间中的情绪在舒适中透露出具有奢感的高级,结合柔和光线的作用下,愈加衬托显现空间的分量感,重体量的漂浮感在具象的矛盾与抽象的平衡中传递空间的趣味性。

The collision between the stone painted walls and the metal in the space creates a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere in the comfort of the space. Combined with soft lighting, it further highlights the sense of weight in the space. The floating feeling of heavy volume conveys the fun of the space in the balance between concrete contradictions and abstraction.

商业设计的过程是在对市场评定的同时,思考市场的未来行为。设计师更多的是想象如何突破既有边界,而本案即是团队意欲尝试如何突破海产品形象的边界。通过在自然灯光与自然材料的质感中寻找规律,用设计策略制造“意外”的行为,让人与空间更加的亲近,以达到空间对人所具有的向心力。

The process of commercial design involves assessing the market while considering its future behavior. Designers are more focused on imagining how to break through existing boundaries, and this case is the team's attempt to explore how to break through the boundaries of the image of seafood. By searching for patterns in the texture of natural lighting and materials, and using design strategies to create "unexpected" behavior, people can become closer to space and achieve the centripetal force that space has on people.
