方志馆是极具权威性的地方信息载体，在 “存史、资政、团结、育人” 的基础功能上，拓展为八大功能，从而使本馆的作用更加多元化。孟津县方志馆以孟津县地情脉络规划和《1991 年孟津县志》为参考，建成了一座简洁大方、内容严谨、重点突出、亮点纷呈，兼具实用性和特色性的场馆，并充分体现了方志文化修史、纂志、收藏、研究、展示、展阅、教育、服务等多功能于一体，成为孟津地情文化教育的重要基地。

序厅设计

步入序厅，整个空间呈现黄河之水色系的暖色调。左侧为城市名片，充分彰显孟津的风华绝代；中央则是《印象孟津》开场秀。一个篇章借助全方位影片，为观众带来孟津的第一印象。地面采用铜制镶嵌、一步一忆的设计手法，展示了孟津县志的历次修订情况。

Entering the prologue, the entire space presents a warm color scheme of the Yellow River water color scheme. On the left is the city's business card, fully showcasing the unparalleled charm of Mengjin; At the center is the opening performance of 'Impression of Mengjin'. A chapter, with the help of a comprehensive film, brings Meng Jin's first impression to the audience. The ground adopts a design technique of copper inlay and step-by-step memorization, showcasing the various revisions of the Mengjin County Annals.

第一展区 历史篇

策展上采用“编年体”逻辑，梳理孟津自古而来，名称、建制归属的演变。设计上采用图文并茂的时间顺序结合实物模型，追溯孟津历代城防，展示成周城、金墉城、河清城、孟津小城、回洛城及现存古村落。由此萃取孟津历史上的重要事件、重要节点，让观众既系统又直击重点地了解孟津的历史变迁。

The curation adopts the logic of "chronology" to sort out the evolution of the name and organizational affiliation of Mengjin since ancient times. In terms of design, a chronological order with illustrations and text combined with physical models is used to trace the defenses of Mengjin throughout history, showcasing the Zhou City, Jinyong City, Heqing City, Mengjin Xiaocheng, Huiluo City, and existing ancient villages. By extracting important events and milestones in the history of Mengjin, the audience can systematically and directly understand the historical changes of Mengjin.

第二/三展区 名人篇

该展区主要展示六朝帝京出英杰，孟津福地，人杰地灵，从孟津走出了众多的名人大家。这里孕育了书“西汉鸿文”的贾谊，书法妙天下的王铎，保土守疆的抗日英烈司军三，军事名将雷英夫及著名作家李凖等。通过多人互动触摸屏，观赏王铎的书法、武宗元的绘画、李凖的《黄河东流去》剧作等，进一步感受孟津的人文气息。

This exhibition area mainly showcases the heroic figures who emerged from the capital of the Six Dynasties, the blessed land of Mengjin, and the outstanding people who have walked out of Mengjin. This place gave birth to Jia Yi, who was known for his "Western Han Dynasty Hongwen" calligraphy, Wang Duo, who excelled in calligraphy throughout the world, Si Jun, who defended the territory and defended the border, Lei Yingfu, a famous military general, and Li Ji, a renowned writer. Through interactive touch screens with multiple people, one can appreciate Wang Duo's calligraphy, Wu Zongyuan's paintings, Li Fen's play "The Yellow River Flows Eastward", and further experience the humanistic atmosphere of Mengjin.

未来篇 《魅力孟津新画卷》

该展区展示孟津县立足县委、县政府‘1+6’战略、四大举措思路，本展区从工业立县、百城提质、乡村振兴切入，描绘魅力孟津的未来画卷。中置多点触摸屏，可查询孟津产业园区，兼顾招商引资功能。

This exhibition area showcases the "1+6" strategy and four major measures of Mengjin County based on the county committee and government. Starting from the perspective of industrial development, improving the quality of hundreds of cities, and rural revitalization, this exhibition area depicts the future picture of Mengjin's charm. Equipped with a central multi touch screen, it can query the Mengjin Industrial Park and also provide investment promotion functions.
