In the city, from the struggle between popular and classic, to the division between material and spiritual, we sometimes cheer and jump for joy. It is the creativity and progress of human beings that promote life, and sometimes we are bound by the concepts accumulated in the development of civilization. Anxiety, identity, and peer pressure all reflect this reality.

正如南通这座城市，东抵黄海，南濒长江，作为中南置地的商业腹地，集“黄金海岸”与“黄金水道”优势于一身，拥有长江岸线226公里，现代工业、交通、教育滥觞于此。一系列区位优势让这座城市拥有了它的逻辑链、爆发力与先锋性。
消费升级的大趋势伴随着以用户体验为核心的营销模式，为复合式商业展示空间的打造提出了更复杂的要求。在未来生活与全面智能化的推动下，如何让设计为商业空间赋能？作为创造美好生活的践行者，中南置地同样面临着更新迭代的命题与机遇。
Just like the city of Nantong, it reaches the Yellow Sea in the east and the Yangtze River in the south. As the commercial hinterland of Zhongnan Land, it combines the advantages of "Golden Coast" and "Golden Waterway". It has a 226-kilometer Yangtze River coastline. A series of location advantages give the city its logical chain, explosive power and pioneering nature.
The general trend of consumption upgrading is accompaniedby a marketing model centered on user experience, which puts forward more complex requirements for the creation of compound commercial display spaces. Driven by future life and comprehensive intelligence, how can design empower commercial spaces? As a practitioner of creating a better life, Zhongnan Land is also facing new and iterative propositions and opportunities.

时间与空间
time and space

在亚里士多德提出“时间是关于先后的可计算的运动量度”概念之前，时间，被看作是一种不断循环的节奏。超越时间，一直是人类之梦，也是诸多童话、传说和神话的母题。人类借助意识的共通和比喻的共鸣创造了各种解读时间的语汇，它们突破有限的桎梏，横亘于难以度量的空间之中。飞翔在时间中，意味着始终前行，时空之外，是植根于梦想、执着和独特诗意中的充满野性的诉求。

|Before Aristotle put forward the concept that "time is a calculable measure of movement about succession", time was regarded as a continuous cycle of rhythm. Transcending time has always been the dream of mankind and the motif of many fairy tales, legends and myths. Human beings have created various vocabularies for interpreting time with the help of common consciousness and metaphorical resonance. They break through the shackles of limitation and lie in the space that is difficult to measure. Flying in time means always moving forward. Beyond time and space, it is a wild appeal rooted in dreams, persistence and unique poetry.

此次为中南置地打造的旗舰展厅融合展示、销售、活动、办公等功能于一身，以天空的“无界限”作为一种视角与愿景，在快速变迁的商业世界中寻找到发展与理想的结合点，为未来城市赋予新生力量。我们希望通过化飞翔为抽象的浏览姿态，构建出一个自由交错、虚实交融、明暗交织，人与人便捷交互的空间。当一个空间摆脱和时间的纠缠，移动的视角也通过空间中人的活动而发酵，而天空，是我们为想象共同体挖掘出的寄托。正如设计中的环形廊道，如时间般循环流动，糅合了无穷尽的证明手段；高低错落的功能体块则是另一种古老而诗意的立体叙事形式，围绕已知的场地条件，营造出品牌空间独特的表现力和即刻的时空氛围感。
The flagship exhibition hall built for Zoola Land this time integrates functions such as display, sales, events, and office. Taking the "unbounded" sky as a perspective and vision, it finds the combination of development and ideals in the rapidly changing business world, and gives new power to the future city. We hope that by turning flying into an abstract browsing gesture, we can build a space where people can interact freely, blend virtual and real, intertwine light and dark, and facilitate interaction between people. When a space gets rid of the entanglement with time, the perspective of movement is also fermented through the activities of people in the space, and the sky is the sustenance we excavated for the imaginary community. Just like the circular corridor in the design, it circulates like time and combines endless means of proof; the high and low functional blocks are another ancient and poetic three-dimensional narrative form, surrounding the known site conditions, creating a unique expressiveness of the brand space and an immediate sense of time and space.

文明与更新

Civilization and Renewal

在人类文明发展的历程中，我们总试图改变世界的一切，唯一无法撼动的是对自然的敬畏。自然与新生为生活带来灵感之源，最理想的人类家园都是从细微之处肇始，以文明与自然的相对关系作为延展，构建饱含温度的现世伊甸园。

In the course of the development of human civilization, we always try to change everything in the world. The only thing that cannot be shaken is the awe of nature. Nature and new life bring a source of inspiration to life. The most ideal human home starts from the subtleties, and uses the relative relationship between civilization and nature as an extension to build a modern Eden full of warmth.

文明的发展意味着更新，而人们对“新”的反应各自不同——有人为新生事物兴奋不已，有人流连于自然全情投入。这样说来，文明发展的所谓趋势并不存在，一切都是多元的。
The development of civilization means renewal, and people have different reactions to “new”—some are excited about new things, while others linger in nature and are fully engaged. In this way, there is no so-called trend in the development of civilization, everything is plural.

对于中南置地而言，趋势更不只是某一个发展方向，而是对受众群体需求的感知以及对都会生活的焕新。处在急剧变革中的城市发展高度复杂化，一度将文明与自然环境的关系割裂，文明变得激进而分离。如今，人们意识到自然与建筑空间构架的情感联系真切地关系着我们理想中的明日生活图景。集展示、洽谈、办公、活动等功能于一体的展厅，也暗自呼应了当下城市生活的多变性，设计围绕中心轴环形展开，让城市规划、人居空间与艺术生活介入、交织，使感官变得丰富；CBD展馆中，沉浸式体验空间的明暗变化，虚拟般的镜像映照着现实的城市模型，形成一种多维度的交互体验，我们在此共同见证着城市文明与日常生活融合与共的城市新景观。
For Zhongnan Land, the trend is not just a certain development direction, but the perception of the needs of the audience and the renewal of urban life. The development of the city, which is undergoing rapid changes, is highly complicated. At one time, the relationship between civilization and the natural environment was severed, and civilization became radical and separated. Today, people realize that the emotional connection between nature and architectural space structure is really related to our ideal tomorrow's life picture. The exhibition hall, which integrates functions such as display, negotiation, office, and activities, also secretly echoes the variability of current urban life. The design revolves around the central axis in a circular manner, allowing urban planning, living space and artistic life to intervene and interweave, enriching the senses; in the CBD exhibition hall, the immersive experience space changes in light and dark, and the virtual mirror reflects the realistic urban model, forming a multi-dimensional interactive experience. We are here to witness the new urban landscape that integrates urban civilization and daily life.

停驻与盘桓

stop and linger

尽管一味追求流行趋势的时代已然远去，仍有一些有趣的艺术装饰在给予人灵感，它们蓦地迸发出火光，通过一些超越限制的自由形式来赋予空间新鲜活力。我们在整个空间中放置飞行动力主题的装置艺术品，作为空间中的一种停驻和静止，它们具有的象征意义与天空互映。
Although the era of blindly pursuing fashion trends is gone, there are still some interesting art decorations that give people inspiration. They suddenly burst into flames, giving the space fresh vitality through some free forms that transcend restrictions. We place installation artworks with the theme of flying power throughout the space, as a kind of stop and stillness in the space, and their symbolic meanings reflect each other with the sky.

与“静止”相比，“变化”显然是宇宙间永恒、真实的存在。贯穿整个设计过程的是我们对各种变化的“联结”。无论是社群洽谈区还是办公区域中的讨论空间，对人而言，都是一种有趣的停驻；空间流线在环形的大动势与蜿蜒的小动势引导下，以盘桓的本质进行一次又一次联结。
Compared with "static", "change" is obviously an eternal and real existence in the universe. Throughout the design process is our "connection" to the various changes. Whether it is the community discussion area or the discussion space in the office area, it is an interesting stop for people; the space streamline is connected again and again with the essence of wandering under the guidance of the circular big momentum and the meandering small momentum.

人所处的空间和人的活动之间常常有很多被忽视的断层，在设计中，我们希望通过流动的空间形态和一些隐秘的过渡去联结起公共活动与个人行为之间的断裂，犹如戏剧一样具有自然的起承转合。人们常常在表演中制造已知的美学，而戏剧则是以更加丰富的形式叙事，其中包含演员（使用者）、故事（功能情境）、舞台（场地）、观众（设计者）——我们认为该空间存在的姿态应当是戏剧的，而不只做为表演。
There are often many neglected faults between the space in which people live and human activities. In the design, we hope to connect the gap between public activities and personal behavior through flowing spatial forms and some hidden transitions, and have a natural transition like a drama. People often create known aesthetics in performance, while drama is narrated in a richer form, including actors (users), stories (functional situations), stages (venues), and audiences (designers).
